The growing need for multidisciplinary research has placed the impetus for ARADMAN Journal, a biennial peer-reviewed journal of the College of Arts and Sciences. Embarking on the New Normal does not impede the College and its Faculty in the perennial quest for quality education through research, despite the liminal space brought about by the Covid 19 pandemic. ARADMAN Multidisciplinary journal, which publishes research papers, case studies, review papers and other academic papers is hinged on the notion that research is needed to solve many, if not all, of the next decade’s major research challenges, thereby contribute to emerging trends and opportunities in interdisciplinary domains. Similarly, ARADMAN paves for sensible avenues for relevant findings or inputs that could add up to the reservoir of knowledge in multifarious realms. Further, ARADMAN provides a medium open to the global community of experts and scholars who aspire to publish in a peer-reviewed journal. Its audience comprise academicians, practitioners of various fields, policy makers, administrators, graduate students and other individuals who have the zeal in pushing the frontiers in the development of innovative ideas for global transformation.
